My name is Tinesha Heyward, and since becoming a massage therapist in 2020, my passion has been helping others find comfort, healing, and peace within their bodies. Sweet Escapes was created on December 28, 2021, from that very passion.
I understand that life can be overwhelming, and sometimes all we need is a moment to breathe and be supported. My goal is to provide a safe, calming space where you can release tension, restore balance, and start or continue your wellness journey feeling renewed and uplifted.
I believe true wellness flows from alignment—mind, body, and spirit. Through intentional touch and a calming presence, I aim to help release not only physical tension, but emotional weight as well. This is your space to pause, reset, and be poured into on your journey toward wholeness.
